I’m really excited to announce that we are launching a new service – Key Outsource.

Key Outsource will support SME’s who find themselves recruiting 4+ times per year, have ongoing recruitment needs, or are going through a period of growth.

Based on the volume of roles / projected roles and activity, we will charge you a monthly fee, allowing you to spread the cost of your recruitment.

We can either act as your outsourced partner or your inhouse recruitment team, operating under your business name to potential candidates.

Business Process Outsourcing 

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or in the world of recruitment, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is not a new concept. Businesses and organsations have outsourced for many years however it has developed at a faster rate over the last decade. 

Using different BPO's or even freelancers and consultants in different parts of your business, is a great way to tap into specialist skills and expereince, without the need for employing individuals on high salaries. Outsourcing can be particularly good for SME's who may not have the budget or need to hire specialised people on a permanenet basis. Outsourcing also allows SME Directors and Managers to spend more time focusing on core business activity.

Not sure if it’s for you? We offer a 3-month trial period initially, so you can test the water to see if it takes away the recruitment burden and adds value to your business.

Our pricing model is based on the number of roles you project you may need to recruit for in the next 12 months. However, as you can see above, it includes so much more than the recruiting itself.

Our prices start at £800 + VAT per month for 4 roles per year.
