A ready-made recruitment business /

Earn Your True Potential

Work for yourself, but not by yourself

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking for more independence, flexibility and earning potential?

Perhaps you’ve considered starting your own recruitment business but have never had the budget, time or confidence to set up the systems, processes, back office management, and marketing strategies to make it a success.

If that sounds like you, our franchise opportunity could provide the ideal solution for you to have your own business.

Rather than ‘going it alone’ and building an entire business from scratch, you start with a proven business model, an established brand, and effective systems and processes.

Plus, you’ll have a support team behind you who are invested in your success and are there for you every step of the way.

Have you got what it takes?

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of five years experience in the recruitment industry as well as a positive attitude.

Although you’ll receive ongoing mentoring and training on growing your business, you will need to develop your own business opportunities, so you’ll need to self-motivate.

You should be able to work independently, manage your time effectively and have an ethos for delivering a high standard of service.

Most importantly, you will share in our core values of:

  • Integrity

  • Passion

  • Continuous Learning

  • Improvement

  • Collaboration

We'll help you get off to a flying start

Being a ‘fee earning consultant whilst trying to grow a business can have a negative impact on your revenue. Legislation, systems and technology never stop evolving, and staying on top of everything is tough.

Director, Keeley Edge, learnt this the hard way when she launched Key Appointments in 2009. But despite many challenges in the early years, she managed to create a successful recruitment business with effective systems and a robust infrastructure.

Now she wants to use her experience to help other ambitious recruiters build their own business without the headache of setting up and managing back-office systems. And so, she created the Key Appointments Franchise.
