Recruitment solutions for your first recruit

Posted in Company News, Recruitment on Oct 20, 2022 by Keeley Edge

A Wakefield based Fire Inspections company contacted us when they were ready to recruit their first employee. As a relatively new start-up, budget was a factor, as well as speed of appointment, so we recommended that they use our Key Start 3 service, a fixed fee recruitment service, making it easier for a business to budget for their recruitment.

This was the company’s first employee as the rest of the team are family members. Their concerns included how and where to advertise, appointing the wrong person, alongside costs and how much time they would need to dedicate to finding someone. They needn’t have worried about the time factor; we posted the ad on 7th June and just 8 days later had an offer accepted on the role.

We were delighted to have been able to work with the company on their first ever appointment, we understand what a significant step this is for a small business. With our Key Start 3 package we advertise across the major Job Boards, screen CV’s, select and conduct initial telephone interviews and arrange and manage interviews with the company. This is an affordable and effective way to fill a vacancy.

Lisa Nicholson, the Director of Trusted Fire Inspections told us “We were looking to recruit a new employee and instructed Key Appointments. After a consultation we were recommended the Key Start 3 Service, a fixed fee recruitment service making it easier for our business to budget for the recruitment process. Under the Key Start package, Key Appointments select and conduct initial telephone interviews, ensuring I would only be conducting interviews that met our brief, saving hours of valuable time. The whole process was seamless & we were extremely happy with the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending the wonderful team at Key Appointments.”
