High-end hamburger chain Byron has adopted a ‘speed dating’ approach to recruitment.

Managers and directors were given eight minutes to chat with each potential job-seeker at the event in Bryon Hoxton, before swapping tables to meet more candidates.

Byron contacted suitable candidates on LinkedIn to gauge their interest. After the ‘dating’, the candidates were presented with a free burger to allow them to sample the company’s signature product, a Scottish beef burger served with a gherkin and a craft beer.

Let Key Appointments do the 'dating' for you;

Key Appointments are experts in recruitment and we focus on one thing - YOU!

We go along to the first date for our clients, interview candidates and begin that relationship for you. Only when we are completely satisfied of a good match will we introduce them to you for their second 'date'.

What makes us unique is the way we build on-going relationships with our customers and candidates. These relationships are based on honesty and integrity, a genuine commitment to quality and overall customer satisfaction.
