You will:

  • Raise and manage purchase orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Co-ordinate the full sampling lifecycle, from request through to approval
  • Track and manage multiple requests, keeping everything on schedule
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and act as a trusted point of contact
  • Monitor lead times and proactively flag risks before they impact delivery
  • Support sourcing activity, including gathering quotes and comparing suppliers
  • Work closely with product, design, and commercial teams to ensure samples meet specifications
  • Keep systems, records, and trackers accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in procurement, buying, or a purchasing, ideally within a product-led environment
  • Someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys managing multiple priorities
  • A strong eye for detail, you spot things others might miss
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems
  • A proactive approach, you take ownership rather than waiting to be asked

What's On Offer
  • £15.00 - £18.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • 25 hours per week, flexible between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service (pro rata)
  • Summer hours between 1st June and 31st August
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • City centre location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and cinemas
  • Railway station within 5 minutes' walk
  • Complimentary gym passes
  • Discount at a local coffee shop
  • Staff product discount
