Sales Administrator | Elland
6-12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a growing and innovative business in Elland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where no two days are the same.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting customers, processing orders, and helping internal teams work together effectively.

The Role
As Sales Administrator, you'll support the wider customer account team with a variety of administrative and customer-focused duties, including:
  • Supporting customer accounts and handling day-to-day enquiries
  • Processing sample requests and production orders
  • Coordinating communication between customers, warehouse and operations teams
  • Preparing shipping and order documentation
  • Monitoring order progress and updating customers
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and data
  • Supporting reporting and invoicing administration
 
What we're looking for
  • Previous administration, customer service, retail or office experience
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Experience of order processing systems or Dynamics 365 would be an advantage, but not essential
