Entry-Level Trainer
Location: Priory Centre, Lundwood, Barnsley (with travel to other locations as required)
Salary: £26,530 – £29,116 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Trainer to support staff development across a values-driven organisation.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver engaging, bite-sized training sessions — both face-to-face and online
  • Support new starters with onboarding and induction activities
  • Assist in the creation of learning materials and interactive content
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify and address training needs
  • Monitor and track learning outcomes to support continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • An interest in learning techniques and staff development
  • Confidence using digital tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • A positive, solution-focused attitude
  • A minimum of a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent
