  • Drive system and process improvements in collaboration with internal teams and external providers

ABOUT YOU
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial or operations leadership role within a B2B environment
  • Experience within engineering or a technical sector would be advantageous
  • Strong people manager, calm, organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Highly systems-focused with experience improving CRM and ERP platforms
  • Advanced Excel and strong data analysis capability
  • Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of margin, forecasting and cost control
  • Proactive, decisive and able to solve problems independently
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple departments
  • Experience leading change and driving operational improvements
Desirable
  • Experience with Business Central (BC)
  • Experience building or restructuring a commercial operations function
  • Exposure to international customers and export processes
