Project Manager

West Yorkshire
  • £36000 - £45000 / Year,
  • Permanent / Full Time

Project Manager | Wakefield (Hybrid)
Positive Culture | Exciting Projects | Variety of Benefits

We're looking for Project Manager on behalf of our client, a growing and highly respected signage business working with well-known brands across the UK.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a high-performing team, not just manage projects, but contribute to a business that is continually improving, evolving and raising its standards.

If you're currently in a role where things feel stagnant, where there is little room to grow, or where high standards are talked about but not consistently delivered, this role offers a step forward.

In this Project Manager role, you'll not just be managing tasks. You'll be trusted to take responsibility, influence outcomes and play a key part in maintaining the reputation the business has built with its clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects from approval through to completion, ensuring a consistent and high-quality delivery
  • Bringing structure and clarity to project workflows, keeping teams aligned and informed
  • Working closely with internal teams to support efficient, well-planned delivery
  • Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining confidence and trust
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, communication and overall delivery
  • Managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Supporting planning, forecasting and continuous improvement across projects

To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Have experience managing multiple projects in signage, construction, fit-out or a similar environment
  • Be organised, proactive and naturally driven to improve how things are done
  • Communicate confidently and build strong working relationships
  • Stay calm under pressure and take ownership of outcomes
  • Take pride in high standards and consistent delivery
  • Be motivated by being part of a team that values performance and progression

What's in it for you:
  • Salary £36,000-£45,000 depending on level of experience
  • Hybrid working, offering flexibility alongside a collaborative environment
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Birthday off
  • Additional benefits and a positive, forward-thinking working environment
This is a role for someone who wants to move forward in their career, to be part of a business that is building something, and to work in an environment where standards are high and people take pride in what they do.

Please apply with an up-to-date CV.
