As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be integral to the success of customer relationships. Joining a friendly team in which they encourage great teamwork and collaboration, the team of Internal Sales Coordinators make sure that customers feel known, cared for, and well supported.

Both full-time and part-time positions available.
What you’ll be doing as an Internal Sales Coordinator…
In joining this fantastic business you will have the opportunity to learn more about the chemical industry, its key customers/suppliers, and the innovative product range that our client offers.

  • Inputting customer orders onto Sage/Microsoft Dynamics system.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Actioning all incoming customer enquiries and providing quotations.
  • Comprehensively promoting the company’s product range and services to all current and prospective customers.
  • Working in partnership with a field based External Account Manager to proactively increase sales.

Must have…
  • Exceptional communication.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Efficient and thorough, with an excellent attention to detail.
  • A flair for multi-tasking and deadline management.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with order processing.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Export knowledge.
  • Confident working in a sales environment.
  • Life-science degree.
