We’re looking for a passionate, commercially savvy Store Manager who can combine the sparkle of outstanding customer service with the structure and strength of solid retail leadership.

As Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the York store, setting the tone for the team, the shop floor, and the customers’ experience.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences
  • Drive performance and meet sales and service KPIs
  • Manage all aspects of store operations – from stock and staffing to safety and standards
  • Handle rotas, recruitment, coaching, and team development
  • Oversee financial and admin responsibilities – including payroll, budgets, and reporting
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising that reflects the brand’s charm and quality
