We're looking for an Administrator and Driver to support the i-Heart team in delivering exceptional healthcare services. This dual role is crucial for ensuring GPs can reach patients efficiently while maintaining high-level administrative support.

Job Opportunity:
 Administrator / Driver Support
Location: Barnsley
Salary: £12.95 per hour

Shifts: 
This position is to work on a rolling 2-week rota pattern which covers evenings and weekends as well as core office hours.

  • Week 1 – Friday 11pm–7am
  • Week 2 – Saturday 2pm–10pm and Sunday 2pm–10pm

Main duties include:
  • You will be responsible for handling telephone enquiries.
  • Booking and checking in patient appointments
  • Administrative duties including triaging patients.
  • Preparing room for clinicians
  • Locking premises and supporting the smooth running of clinics with all other administrative tasks related to service provision.
  • Car safety and general maintenance.
  • Driving clinicians to home visits.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised within set guidelines.
  • Valid driving license and knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • Must be age 25 and over for vehicle insurance purposes
  • Experience in administrative roles and/or healthcare settings is desirable.
