Hospitality Supervisor | Harrogate, North Yorkshire
£13.00 per hour | 37.5 hours per week (5 days over 7, including alternate weekends)
 
We are working on behalf of Harrogate Neighbours, a not-for-profit organisation known for its community spirit and commitment to providing exceptional care and support services for older people in Harrogate.
 
We're looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and high-quality delivery of catering services at The Cuttings - a warm and welcoming independent living scheme with a real sense of community.
 
 
THE ROLE
 
As Hospitality Supervisor, you'll lead a small, friendly team of Hospitality Assistants, ensuring excellent service in the restaurant, café, and meals-on-wheels services.
 
You'll support the Chefs with meal preparation and service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and play an active role in planning events, maintaining records, and developing team capability.
 
 
What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or catering supervisory role.
  • The ability to train, guide, and motivate others.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A proactive, flexible, and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
