Relationship Development Executive

Are you a confident communicator with proven sales experience?
 
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Business Development Consultancy in Bolton who is working with one of the world's largest certification providers.

This qualification provider specialise in globally recognised qualifications such as ITIL and Prince2 and are seeking Relationship Development Executives to assist their students.
 
This is not a high-pressure sales role but a consultative position, speaking to individuals who have already completed a qualification and advising them on their next career step. With warm leads and inbound inquiries, you'll help customers choose the right course and guide them through their education journey.
 
About the Relationship Development Executive role:

  • Warm leads only - inbound inquiries and follow-up calls, no cold calling.
  • Supportive, professional environment - advise customers on recognised training and certification.
  • Clear targets - aim for just one sale per day, achievable with engaged customers.
  • Different shifts available - ideal for school runs or personal commitments.
  • Excellent package - £24,000 base salary plus up to £2,000 bonus potential.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Experienced sales professionals who can build trust and close deals.
  • Intelligent and articulate individuals with strong consultative selling skills.
  • Confident communicators who can engage with international clients in English.

The Details:
  • Location: On-site in Bolton, UK
  • Salary: £24,000 + potential £2,000 bonus (OTE £26,000)
  • Hours: Full-time, with potential shifts (6am-2pm or 10am-6pm)
  • Parking: Free & low-cost parking options nearby
  • Transport: On a main bus route
