General Details:
As a Care Team Leader in this residential care home, you will work alongside the Chief Operations Officer and Registered Manager to support the efficient running of Heath Lodge.

The Role:
As a Care Team Leader within this residential care home, you will be responsible for the safeguarding and wellbeing of all residents, ensuring that personal care is provided in a way that maintains and respects their privacy, dignity, and lifestyle.
