One of our Business Partners, Action Training is running Sales Fundamental Workshops in September which is part funded through the European Social Fund. We thought this is a great way to enhance your sales objectives and team members skills.
Sales Fundamentals Workshop
This workshop considers all the key fundamentals and foundations of successful selling such as: why people buy, buying processes, sales skills, time management, professionalism, and image.
Objectives of the Course
* Operate in a sales environment
* Understand the principles of selling from first post to higher level
* Be conversant with the sales process and structure
* Display a professional approach
* Feel confident and take a positive approach to conduct a sales interview
Course Content
* Why people buy
* Recognising clients emotional and logical buying processes
* Interpersonal sales communication
* Setting sales strategies
* Planning a sales meeting
* Staying on track
* The basics of selling skills
* Displaying professional image
* Ways to improve sales performance
Training Method and Duration
The programme will be a highly interactive combination of formal content, workshop activities and individual exercises. This is a 1-day (6 hour) course with a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) certificate on completion.
The Workshop
Understanding the Fundamentals of Selling: To sell effectively in any industry you have to know why people buy in the first place. You will learn to understand the logical and emotional buying processes of your clients.
Essential Selling Skills: This section of the training takes you through the whole range of required skills of the first post salesperson to higher level selling strategies.
Understanding and Managing Sales: Takes you through the basics of how a sale is structured and how to maximise the time you have with your client and not go ‘off track’.
Professional Selling Skills: This area covers all the basic selling skills required to show yourself and your company as a highly professional business, not just another company after quick cash sales.
How to Improve Sales Performance: Ways to improve performance including self-image, personal presentation and office layout, to name a few.
The cost is £60.00 per person businesses with 250 employees or less.
