We are currently representing Matt, a highly skilled and experienced Operations / Supply Chain Director based in West Yorkshire.

Matt is a practical, analytical, and commercially focused Director with experience in business transformation and implementing change. Key strengths include extensive knowledge of full turnkey Stage Engineering, Stage Control Systems, Museum rigging and fit out, Hotel fit out, high volume Retail Shopfitting including space planning, design, manufacture, implementation, and project management practices either under a Main Contract or direct to Employer.

Matt has excellent presentation, leadership, communication, and strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to manage complex issues and senior management relationships.

Expertise in employee relations, performance, teamship and management development through holistic project methodologies and strategic thinking.

Highlights 

• Experience in global procurement, supply chain setup, supply chain management, SLA's, KPI's, Contractual management. ForEx management, ILC, Import and Export loan management, and incoterms.
• Deep understanding of JCT and NEC contracts - negotiating clauses out, utilising for claims during delivery phase, and the ability to successfully perform, deliver and excel within these frameworks.
• Proven track record of generating 6–7 digit savings, bottom line improvements.
• Well versed in global sectors, multi discipline, multi-site manufacturing and multi-site delivery environments.
• Relentless advocate for continuous improvement through a variety of mechanisms, tools, and strategic approaches. Proactive behaviours and builds a high-performance environment.
• Proven leader and teacher, across various personnel, no matter the level, in fostering, creating, and retaining a 1st Class team.

Salary Expectations:

Matt is looking for an opportunity where he can add value to a business and is ideally looking for a salary in the region of £75k-£80k.
