On behalf of this chemical distribution company, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their team in West Yorkshire. This is a hybrid role covering sites in Leeds City Centre and Elland.
As an Administration Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for all Shipping Department filing and entering all transport invoices on to a Sage 1000 computer system.

  • To adhere to and effectively meet all departmental and individual targets without adversely jeopardising other areas of the business.
  • To enter all transport invoicing on to a computer system.
  • To keep filing up to date
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT Literate with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage 1000.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
