Key Appointments – time to evolve!

Posted in Candidates, Company News, Employers on Oct 27, 2013 by Richard Hayden

It's been over four years since we opened the doors here at Key Appointments and we recognise that each of our clients are unique and different in the way that they want to recruit new additions to their teams.

Key Appointments 032

Through market research, client feedback and consultations, we have developed three distinct recruitment options which offer choice and flexibility to suit business needs and varying budgets.

Although Key Appointments will still offer traditional contingent and retained recruitment through our service known as KeyTalent, we now also offer two new approaches to recruitment.

KeyConsult is a bespoke consultation and training service designed to develop and perfect your in-house recruitment processes. KeyConsult can be used on an ad-hoc basis to train and equip the key people in your business in the recruitment process or on a retained basis like an outsourced recruitment department, handling anything from job description preparation to interview programmes.

KeyStart offers businesses affordable options to advertise across the spectrum of job boards whilst also saving time. Three different packages allow for companies to choose the service that suits their budget. Pre-screening of applicants ensures that no time is wasted shortlisting. CV database searches and telephone screening ensure that only the right candidates are matched to your requirements.

Although Key Appointments is evolving, our clients still know to expect only the highest standard of a personalised service that they’ve come to expect over the years.

We would like to thank our clients and business partners for their support over the past four years and we look forward to continuing to help with recruitment needs in the future.
