With Key Start, our fixed fee recruitment service, employment and recruitment headaches will be dissipated significantly for a number of reasons. The process is extremely simple, once a suitable package has been chosen, we will take it from there.


 

HOW IT WORKS


As soon as the vacancy details have been provided, a fully optimised job advert is created which is then handed back to the client for approval.  Once a suitable ad has been approved it will be uploaded to all of the major job boards online and promoted via social media to extremely popular Facebook and Twitter pages.


Adverts will be live for 4 weeks and in most cases online job applications are received within 24 hours.  By the end of the campaign there will be plenty of well screened CVs to browse which will contain the ideal candidate.
