After eight years of placing talented candidates in brilliant companies, we decided it was time for a makeover. We’re celebrating with the launch of our brand new website and we hope you’ll agree that it looks fantastic.

We write an attractive, optimised job description which we then post on UK job boards and social media. Once the applications start rolling in, we screen each one and highlight the most suitable candidates for your needs.

Key Talent is designed to make recruitment stress-free for employers. We take the time to understand your needs so that we can find talented individuals that share your company values.
With Key Talent, you get the services you want. We don’t work on a percentage of the salary; we work on a fixed fee, agreed in advance and depending on your needs.
As well as advertising your roles and sourcing and screening candidates, we can also assist with the interview and selection process. We can help you put together structured interview questions, give our feedback on individual candidates and even be part of your interview panel.
